Day of Learning, Reminiscing
David Pyrtle's wood carvings (shown below right) and many other exhibits attract a crowd of interested onlookers Sunday afternoon during the Grand River Historical Society Museum's annual open house. The event, which officially marks the opening of the museum's season, drew approximately 120 people from 1 to 4 p.m. The museum's open house also featured a wool exhibit by Zelma Cleaveland (shown above left) and a variety of other displays, including one on the late Jerry Litton
